First let me say I’m glad OPC was able to work me in their schedule for my newly discovered carpenter ant problem. I have my termite service with them and wanted to stay the company. Jacob was my service representative. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon spraying outside he came upon a true small hornets nest under my deck and then what looked like another one in my awing eave. I had no idea they were there. He wasn’t sure what these were and sent a pic to his boss. I wasn’t sure either. They were strange looking. But none the less he exterminated them. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing the whole time and very patient with my questions. I am glad I stuck with my top rate company for all my services.

They are always prompt and courteous when arriving, and even call ahead. I have an issue with their termite control. The last several times they’ve been at my home I’ve requested they check those traps, having noticed some are broken and at least two are no longer buried and are sitting on top of the ground. Each time, after they leave, I’ve checked to find nothing has been done to address the issues, and it is obvious the traps still in place have not been touched.

The last time we posted for OPC, we were feeling the frustrations of moles basically owning our lawn...OPC responded with 2 person specialists to walk through our yard and added a substance that is in its test phase to help deter moles from our yard. Whatever the substance was, it seemed to work. Today, 23rd Oct we had another walk through the yard. Our technician found most of the tunnels t j9o be old. Thank you so much for helping us get our yard back. We will see you next year...

I called OPC on Tuesday and they were here at 8:00 am Wednesday to remove a nasty hornets nest in the tree in the front yard. The service was outstanding!
