Yellow Jacket Removal & Control

Our Board Certified Entomologists will identify the stinging pest infestation you’re seeing around your business to make sure it’s a yellow jacket. Should it be a honeybee, we will make sure they are protected – even if they pose a direct threat and therefore have to be removed. If it is a yellow jacket, we will take care of the nest as well as the current colony that has formed. We also have control stations that specifically attract yellow jackets, hornets, and wasps (and more importantly, not honeybees) so we can take care of the yellow jackets even if we can’t locate the nest. Yellow jackets can be aggressive but are more so in the fall. They won’t merely attack to sting. Yellow jackets will chase you and can and will sting multiple times. Multiple stings from yellow jackets are common because they’re sensitive to disturbance and aggressive in defense of their nests. Sometimes merely coming near a nest, especially if it has been disturbed previously, can provoke an attack.
