Keep New Construction Safe from Pests

We treat the wood framing during the construction process for protection from subterranean termites. The active ingredient will not break down over time like conventional chemicals providing long-term protection for the wood.

We install a system featuring always active technology around the perimeter of the home or structure once the construction has been completed and the sod has been installed. We then monitor the termite bait stations for one year following the installation date.

Liquid soil treatments are applied to the soil prior to the plastic being put down and the slab being poured. After the closing, the perimeter trench and treatment will be performed. This provides safety from not only the termite but will eradicate the colony.
