Tick Box Control System

The Tick Box Control System is a small, metal box strategically placed in and around your yard that has a bait inside that’s attractive to rodents like mice and chipmunks. Both of these rodents are known carriers of ticks. As the rodent moves through the box to get to the bait, it will pass under a small applicator wick containing a low-dose insecticide. The wick lightly brushes the head or shoulders of the rodent, gently applying traces of the insecticide. The insecticide won’t harm the rodent or any other animal that might touch or even eat them, but it will kill the ticks the rodents are carrying. A single dose will protect the rodents for up to 40 days against any new ticks, as well. Less ticks means less tick bites. And that means less Lyme disease!
